Celebrating our clients’ wins for 2025
We’ve had a really busy and productive year for 2025, working with some amazing organisations. Before we look back at what we’ve gotten up to as a team, we wanted to share some of the fantastic things our clients have been doing throughout the year – they’re doing incredible things in their individual spaces and we think they deserve a massive shout out!
TLDR: A showcase of some of the great things our clients have been up to in 2025
The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB)

The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) is an alliance of over 250 global organisations from the eye health care sector working together to end avoidable sight loss. Their mission is to ensure that everyone has access to affordable, accessible and inclusive eye care and rehabilitation services.
We’ve been working with IAPB to bring their Vision Atlas to life: a tool that’s improving accountability and brings together data from many sources to offer a comprehensive resource to anyone working within this sector. While they did have a Vision Atlas in place when they approached us to work with them, the previous iterations never quite realised their potential, so we’re really pleased to be able to help it be the best that it can be.
What they’ve achieved:
- The improved Vision Atlas we’ve helped IAPB to create launched in July, which was a great success. This new version helps to showcase their invaluable data in a visually engaging way through data visualisation techniques, such as ‘scrollytelling’ and interactive charts (we’ve talked a bit about these techniques in a recent blog post)
- IAPB also rebranded last month, with an updated visual style and website that sits more in keeping with the Vision Atlas branding
- The team launched their investment case, “The Value of Vision: The Case for Investment,” as part of the United Nations General Assembly in September, supported by the UN Friends of Vision group – to help with this, we created a new section of the Vision Atlas website to help promote this case for investment, with reports, engaging data visualisations and stats

“The Idea Bureau helped us with our ambitious project, and they were fantastic to work with throughout. They quickly understood our goals, offered smart solutions along the way, and delivered a final product that we’re genuinely proud of.”
We’re looking forward to introducing more functionality to the Vision Atlas over the coming months.
InCommon Foundation

The team at InCommon Foundation are helping to foster intergenerational relationships through facilitating events for both young people and old to come together and learn from each other. A purpose-driven charity, their mission is to bridge generational divides and create more inclusive, connected, age-friendly communities for all.
We’ve worked with the InCommon Foundation team through several rounds of funding to create a custom CRM-platform that allows them to promote engagement between school-aged children and older generations. This platform has enabled them to provide a place that the schools and housing schemes they work with can connect with each other; through the CRM, they can plan in activity sessions to build links between the different ages.
What they’ve achieved:
- InCommon won ‘Team of the Year’ at Inside Housing’s Housing Heroes Awards – a brilliant accolade for a great organisation making a massive difference in people’s lives – read more about InCommon’s win and the Housing Heroes Awards >
- The team also relaunched their ‘How to make a change’ course: a 10-month course for people of all ages on changemaking, including topics such as power, running good meetings and conflict resolution. You can find out about the course and sign up on InCommon’s website
“We’ve love working with Tash and Ben. They are always up for a challenge, bring the best ideas and help us to continue to deliver our vision. It’s a perfect collaboration!”
We’re looking forward to commencing our next phase of InCommon’s project early in 2026. Have a read about our previous work with them in our case study
The Complete Works
Originally a theater company, The Complete Works are a charity that expanded to create a school with a difference, providing a complete educational experience to young people that may not feel at home in mainstream schools for various reasons. Their student learning is delivered in a bespoke way and tailored to meet the needs and learning styles of the students as individuals.
We’ve been working with TCW for a year now, and are supporting their internal learning management system. This work includes the maintenance of the management system, implementing functionality improvements and inputting an integration with an AI-first learning management system, Toddle, that allows educators to plan, teach, assess, report and communicate all in one place.
What they’ve achieved:
- This year, TCW received an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted report, an incredible achievement that builds on their already ‘Good’ status that they’ve held since being accredited. Even more amazing, they received this rating in every category: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Leadership and Management, Personal Development, and Sixth Form provision. You can read more about this exciting development on their LinkedIn post.
- The team is currently building a collection of lesson videos, demonstrating their commitment to holistic, inclusive and engaging education, and providing an example of the type of lessons they offer their students. They hope to showcase the creativity, innovation and learner-centred practices that sit at the heart of their approach.
- They’re also improving and expanding their educational tools using Toddle, our latest integration for their project, having attended a workshop demonstrating the tool.
We’re excited to be continuing our relationship with TCW as part of our Bureau+ service into 2026.
